Can you use the VW3A3721 Ethernet module on the ATS480 soft starters?

VW3A3721 Ethernet module on the ATS480 soft starters was triggering INF6?

Cause:

Soft starter was triggering INF6.

Resolution:

VW3A3721 card is not compatible with ATS480 it will trigger an INF6 error.

To use Ethernet with ATS480, you need to use the Ethernet cardVW3A3720, this card must have a firmware V2.1IE28 or greater.
