Upload error "End of Central Directory record could not be found."
Issue
When uploading a history.zip file onPower Advisor (PA), the upload fails with the error "End of Central Directory record could not be found."
Cause
The cause of the upload failure is due to the absence of source.src in the history.zip file. A typical zip file should contain source.src. Without it, PA cannot determine where to place the uploaded data
Resolution
- Contact the PME application engineer to obtain
source.src, which should be automatically generated using the extractor. - Re-upload the zip file with the
source.srcincluded.
