What should I check when the XVR3 series does not work ?

The possibilities are as follows:
-The wiring may not be correct.
Please check the wiring is correct based on the instruction sheet.
If the wires have been terminalized, please check that there are no problems with the processing.
-The product may not be receiving the correct power voltage.
Please check that the power supply is set to the correct voltage and has sufficient power capacity.
(We recommend that you measure the voltage at the product's wiring using a digital multimeter.)

If the above does not resolve the issue, remove the product from the control device and check the product alone.
If it still does not work, the product may be broken.
