Resolution:
Perform this basic steps:
Check line voltage by measuring L1, L2, L3 on the drive itself
Check DC Bus by measuring PA to PC and PO to PC (most drives)
Reseat terminal card (ATV61/71 only)
Remove cable from Modbus port if present
Check +24 to COM and +10 to COM (DC voltage only)
