The CIP safety standard requests the user to acknowledge en error requiring connection termination with the device before to recover any communication. That is why, on M580 CPU, the CIP safety communication is stopped after an unplug/plug sequence of the ethernet cable or a powerOFF/PowerON sequence on the device. The CIP Safety connection can be recovered only if the user request a re-open of the connection (it is not done automaticaly). The user may request the re-open of the communication by setting from False to True the corresponding control bit CTRL_x in the device's DDDT.
