Issue:

Setting up custom display to show pressure or temperature values as the PID setpoint on the ATV212 Drives.

Product Line:

ATV212

Environment:

All

Cause:

Custom display

Resolution:

Example below will be to display 32F to 122F degrees temperature on the display as the PID setpoint.

Let's start with the Lowest value to set which is 32F.

32F divided by 1.5 (F702) = 21.3333

F706=21.33

Set now look at the Highest value to set which is 122F.

122F minus 32F= 90F minus F706 value of 21.33= 68.67

68.67X 1.5 (F702) =103.00+ F706 value 21.33= 124F Your highest value you can set.

F701- 1 default.

F702= 1.5

F703=1

F705=1

F706= 21.35

FNOD=3 PID keypad setpoint

F360= 1VIA

V380= PID inverse set to yes for temp PID

Now using up and down buttons your setpoint is between 32F and 124F.

Note it will not show any units like F or Psi only the number.
