APC by Schneider Electric is happy to provide as much information to the public for its offerings and/or products and most of these are already available to the public though our apc.com and/or se.com websites. In some cases that the information is not seen in our public documentation, one can reach out to our support teams to request for them. This is given while noting the safety and welfare of our customers.

These information are given to help show the capabilities and/or characteristics of each product for proper sizing and/or selection. These selected information is also made to help in customer designs of their intermediate distribution frames to make certain there is adequate space and proper ventilation.

These information can be in the form of:

• Technical Specifications
• External Mechanical Drawings
• 3d STEP Files

However, internal schematics and/or wiring diagrams are information which are proprietary and is considered as the Intellectual Property of APC by Schneider Electric. This can also become as a safety hazard if given publicly. If a user with limited technical knowledge attempts to repair a product based on a schematic, there's a risk of injury or property damage. Unauthorized modifications could affect the product's functionality and will significantly degrade the safety in using the device.
