Cause:
Users may need to order a spare communication cable or verify the correct part number.

Resolution:
The SURTD online UPS models use an RJ-45 to DB-9 Serial Cable. The part number is 940-1525A and as a spare part through most resellers or distribution channels using the part number 0J-940-1525A.

This communication cable is shipped with a new UPS.
