Issue:
NetShelter CX Air Filters are Difficult to Install.

AR4038A serial range: none reported yet but possible.
Cause:
An incorrectly sized joining plate obstructs the air filters on the top of the cabinet. The bottom air filter is fine.
Resolution:
Please contact APC Tech Support.
If you have one of the affected units we can supply a replacement joining plate that's user replaceable. Instructions are attached below so you can see them before hand.
Please have the serial number available when you call. We will assess the case. If it appears to be one of the affected units we will send the customer a replacement joining plate with instructions to swap it out.
