Resolution:
For disposal of batteries used in 3 phase product applications Schneider only provides pre-paid shipping labels for batteries that are either under their initial 1 year warranty or for batteries being replaced as part of a specific battery contract.
Customers are welcome to ship batteries to the following address for proper disposal of 3 phase related batteries –

Returns Process Overview
Currently, almost all returns across Australia are sent to the Ingleburn Distribution Centre (DC), where they are consolidated before being collected by Sircel. This includes returns from all Australian states. Similarly, in New Zealand, all returns are directed to the Auckland DC for consolidation and collection.
In some cases—such as with larger customers —returns may be collected directly from the customer and sent straight to Sircel. This typically occurs when the service team identifies a stockpile of returns, often resulting from modernization projects. These collections usually range from one to 10–15 pallets of batteries and other items.

Note –
- For all 3 phase batteries the customer is required to pay for the return ship of any battery that is not under warranty or specific Battery Service contracts.
- Customers may arrange their own heavy weight pick up if desired thru major shipping companies.
- Schneider does not provide packaging for returning batteries.
