Error message "Our backend servers are not responding" in EcoStruxure Power commission tool
Sometimes when exporting the project from EcoStruxure Power Commissioning tool to Facility Expert, you see the error message "Our backend servers are not responding. Please try after sometime. If the problem continues, please contact Schneider customer support"

Here is the reason for which you get this error:
  1. Sometimes you will receive this error when some components in the system are temporarily not available, at that time you can reach out to customer support with the EPC logs.
  2. There can be issue that the Anti Virus software/ security software installed in your PC could be blocking you to perform anything on the EPC software (QR code generation, Create community, upload documents). In this case, you need to speak to the IT department and disable the firewall for using this software. If it still does not work after IT team interventions, please contact to Schneider Electric Country customer care with EPC logs to help you on the issue.
