For the 4 Pols MCCB of type NSX,

the main difference between 4P4D and 4P3D is in the neutral protection as follows:

- 4P4D: the neutral is Fully protected
- 4P3D: only the 3 main poles are protected while the neutral is not protected against any fault occurs inside it
