What is the meaning of the “Safety time before start” in SEPAM 80 relay when we work with SFT 2841 ,V15.0 ?

“ Safety time before start” it means time which inhibit closing output(o2) is set to 1.

After this time 49RMS unlatch the inhibit closing signal(Normally in SEPAM 80 is output O2).

O2 is used for inhibit closing signal. And it is set to Normally Close output  (inside the matrix_logics)
