Do Clipsal have a 20a single module RCBE @ 10ma suited for hospital use ?

Yes we do , In this case it would be the 4RCBE220/10S.
To be approved for use in hospitals the RCBO must be approved as "Type 1" (ie: 10mA sensitivity, switch both Neutral and Active, and trip in <40ms)
The below range of Slimline RCBO's are rated as Type 1 and therefore compatible
