The following log files can become useful:

2. Snapshot Log Files - click here to read more about this type of log files and how they can be obtained.
3. WebServer Log files - these files can be found in:
- "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA Mobile\Logs"
- "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\Logs" for ClearSCADA 2015 R1
- This log does not exist in newer versions of ClearSCADA
4. MobileServer Log files - these files can be found in:
- "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA Mobile\Logs"
- "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\Logs" for ClearSCADA 2015 R1 and newer
5. MobileCompanion Log files - these files can be found in:
- "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\Logs"
6. Internet Information Server (IIS) Log files - these log files can be found in:
- "C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles"
