How to calculate counter frequency in Scadapack3xx?
Using Flow block in Telepace Studio Software:
Frequency = Flow rate/K factor
Example:
set K factor =1;
use Counter CH0 register = 30009;
Input type = 32 bit counter;
Rate period = Per second;
To get the flow rate in the Flow block:
Flow rate status and data block register +1 and +2 = flow rate (floating-point). These registers contain the flow rate in engineering units based on the K-factor and rate period provided (same for every flow rate register.)
Since the K factor is equal to 1.
Therefore:
Frequecy = Flow rate
Frequency = Flow rate/K factor
