How is the ATV212 remote HMI language changed?
Issue:
Change language on remote HMI connected to the ATV212.

Product Line:
Altivar 212

Environment:
All models

Cause:
Preferred language is different than current setting

Resolution:
The ATV212 integral display provides code, therefore language is not an issue.  However, the remote LCD keypad, VW3A1101, provides descriptive readout.  If the language needs to be changed, either power up the VFD with the keypad connected, or connect the keypad to a powered VFD.  The HMI will initialize itself.  When it reaches the Main Menu, there is selection for Drive Menu and Language. Quickly scroll to Language and select it.  A list of available languages will appear for selection.
