PME Web Report is stuck on "Report is being generated" after clicking Generate report

Customer is trying to run a report in the Web Application Report tab, and it hangs on the "Report is being generated" message. There are no errors in the system event log under Management Console, the Windows event logs, or the ApplicationModules database log files.

Web Reports

The report logo may be missing from the default directory 

Navigate to the software install directory

For SPM 7.x:
...Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\ION Enterprise\web\ReportPacks\Default

For PME 8.0:
...\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\web\ReportDepot\ION Reports\ION Report Packs\Default Reports

For PME 8.1:
​...\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\config\reports

A JPEG file exists named "Report-Logo". If the file is not in the location, search to see if it is in a different location, or create a new logo per FA232322
Additionally, you can download the attached zip file, unzip the logo, and place the JPEG in the respective directory.
