What does Communication Report value 07 for a Read_Var instruction inside Control Expert suggest?

The reports with a value between 16#01 and 16#FE concern errors detected by the processor that executed the function. 16#07 suggests that there is a problem in sending to the destination, which mean's this error could be caused when port 502 of Modbus/TCP server cannot be connected.
