EcoStruxure Machine SCADA Expert, Working with two projects, How to copy pages and symbols from one to the other?

Issue:
Working with two projects would like to copy page from one to the other. Need to copy the page and have the symbols copied/transferred too.

Product Line:
EcoStruxure Machine SCADA Expert (all versions).

Resolution:
There is no export/import or copy/paste option that would allow you to bring graphic pages with the symbols from one project into a new one in EcoStruxure Machine SCADA Expert.  But there is a workaround that can be used:

In the Project Explorer, if you right-click on the project name, the contextual menu will offer to Open Folder in File Explorer.

Access project files in File Explorer.

This will open the Windows File Explorer and show the directory's content of the actual project opened in Machine SCADA Expert.

Opened project files directory.

If you go up one directory, it will show the directories of all the projects.
Projects directory

Now, open the directory of the project containing the graphic pages you want to copy.
And then open the Screen directory of that project.

Project screen files.
There, you will see that it contains 3 files for each graphic page or screen. Select the 3 files for each screens that you want to copy into the other project.

Go to the other project's Screen directory and paste the files. Attention that no screens in this project has the same name as the ones you are pasting as they will be overwritten.

If the copied screens had symbols or images that are not present in this new/other project. They will need to be copied also.

The symbols can be found in the Symbol directory of the original project.

The images can be found in the Web directory of the original project.

Project Screen, Symbol and Web directories.

Simply copy and paste the required symbols and images.
