PME - "Unexpected Error This access control list is not in canonical form and therefore cannot be modified"
Issue
When opening the LCT (License Configuration Tool) I get a "Unexpected Error This access control list is not in canonical form and therefore cannot be modified" error.

Resolution
The reason this is happening is because the user currently logged into the server does not have access to the folder where the Licenses are stored.
Navigate to the following location and look at the properties of the following folder: C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Licenses
Click the security tab and check the groups and confirm that users have full access to this folder.
