PME Configuration Manager Tool "No Power Measurement System" error
Issue
When running the Configuration Manager Tool during a Side-By-Side Upgrade from an earlier version of PME 7.2 to a new version of PME I get a "No Power Measurement System" error in the Configuration Manager Tool.

Resolution
This error has occurred because the new version of PME is not installed as yet on the new machine. You must have PME installed on your new machine before running the Configuration Manager Tool
