Customer has a iEM3200 energy meter and would like to download a consumption report for it. Can this be done?

Resolution

The iEM3200 series does not have onboard data logging capabilities; you can only retrieve the present values from them.

The customer will need a gateway such as the PAS600 or PAS800, depending on their needs, to collect this data. Alternatively, they can use a BMS system or PME to gather the data for them.
