DDNS Support in the EcoStruxure Industrial Device App

Can the EcoStruxure Industrial Device mobile app connect using a Dynamic DNS (DDNS) address?

FAQ answer:

The EcoStruxure Industrial Device app does not currently support DDNS. Schneider Electric’s Global Expert Support and App Marketing Team confirmed that DDNS functionality remains on the backlog but has no release timeline.

Users must connect via direct IP addressing until DDNS becomes officially supported.
