Why do the Tesys Island SIL Stop Function blocks report an error when trying to insert the SILstop input DDT variables?
This is a known issue with Tesys Island DTM v3.02 and Control Expert Tesys library V2.2.
If you have the starter on position 3, it creates a DDT input variable incorrectly. The data type of the AvgIRMS variable is automatically set as (ARRAY [0..0]), which is incorrect and cannot be changed.
Therefore. the SILStop FB does not accept the SILstop DDT input.
If you have it in position 2, the input variables are correct and the block accepts it without error.
