Is there data loss between PAS400 and Powertag module if EEH is offline?

There is a 1 month storage of data available if the PAS gets disconnected from the cloud.

Even if there is no license or if EEH is offline, the data is logged into EEH but not displayed. It will be displayed once the license is activated or EEH comes back online again.
