How to troubleshoot PowerTag flashing red?

Product Line:PowerTag C

Environment: A9XMC2D3

Resolution:

One second blink is means that the PowerTag Control I/O (PTCIO) is in communication loss.

Assumption: These 2 products were probably associated to another gateway no longer operational (supplied off, factory reset, crashed etc)

Try these following steps to troubleshoot:

1) Force the decommissioning of the 2 orphan products by pressing the PTCIO front face button for more than 10 seconds.

Expected Result: the product blink orange
