Cause

See here for configuring PME as an OPC UA client and here as a server. OPC UA logs can aid in resolving issues that may occur.

Resolution

Navigate to the [PME installation folder]\system\bin (Typically found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system\bin)
Open the OpcUAserver.exe.config
Enable the opc logs, by changing the text below from "false" to "true"
$C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system\bin\OpcUAserver.exe.config file entries "logenabled" and "realtimelogenabled"$
Restart the OPC UA Windows Server service
A log folder shall be created under %programdata%/schneiderelectric/PME/OPC/server/
Note: Do not keep these logs enabled for too long; recommended only while the issue is occurring. If these are enabled for longer, this may consume system space, and if not turned off it may slow down the system.
