On track to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by a further 20% in 2024
17.1% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and are on track for a further 20% reduction for 2024.
Tracking carbon emissions commenced in 2022, and since then, Blue Connections IT has pivoted to using recycled cardboard in their warehouse instead of plastic, has onboarded a fleet of electric delivery vehicles, and low energy heating and cooling connected to the solar.
Schneider’s sustainability solutions
Schneider Electric is proud to be supporting Blue Connections IT in their sustainability journey. One of the first steps to net zero, is measuring emissions – once we measure, we can take steps to action. Schneider has supplied equipment such as EV chargers, in-row coolers, and are currently exploring options to onboard our LMS load management software which will mean they can further monitor power usage and edge closer to net zero. Schneider is thrilled to walk this road with our latest Impact Maker – Blue Connections IT.
