I need to sign in and enter a one-time code / password when downloading EcoStruxure Power Design - Ecodial. However, I am not receiving the code / password in my email inbox, so I cannot get past this step. How can I resolve this issue?

This issue is usually caused by one of the following reasons:

1. Check your spam or junk email folder. The One-Time Code / Password is sometimes blocked by email filters.
2. Wait a few minutes and try again. There may be a delay in the delivery of the code.
3. Verify that the email address associated with your Schneider Electric account is correct. If necessary, sign out and sign in again.
4. Try a different browser or use a private/incognito window. In some cases, the browser cache may prevent proper authentication.
5. Add Schneider Electric senders to your safe senders list. If your company uses strict email filtering, the OTP (One Time Password) email may be blocked by the mail server.
6. If the issue persists, please provide us with the following information:

• The User ID (email address) that you use to register or sign in.
• The version of the installed software. A screenshot showing the version would be very helpful.
