Yes.
The motor should be connected to the drive with the high speed windings. It is not necessary to use the low speed windings when connected to an AC drive.
It is important to consider the motor full load amp rating when selecting the appropriate drive for the application. The high speed winding is likely the higher rating on the motor nameplate.
