Not able to configure Native serial shutdown on Microsoft Windows OS.

Cause:
Microsoft has removed the serial UPS support from its operating systems.
Solution:
For Smart-UPS switch connection type and use USB or install PowerChute Business Edition.
For Back-UPS switch connection type and use USB.
