Resolution:
The removable control terminal card for the Altivar 61 or Altivar 71 drive is VX4A1104; however, this part number is no longer available. You will have to order the replacement main control board part number based on the drives HP size. See the attached document.
You will see 4 choices for main control boards depending on the size HP drive they have.
