Causes and Fixes

1) With IT supply, there is a high impedance between the neutral of the main transformer and the earth.
So, the earth leakage current of the supply depends on the length and the type of the cables used.
Indeed, there are not looped with the supply because of this high impedance to earth.

2) To know the EMC level in case of IT supply, it is necessary to add a specific measurement test filter (RSIL filter) which allows to fix the characteristics of the supply seen by the ATV. The level measured in this case corresponds to only the configurations of the supply which are NOT those from the customer.
