Recommendation on when a power cycle of the 'STB NIP2212' may be required to recover from a fault
condition shown in the status word.

Resolution
The following is recommendation on when a power cycle of the NIP2212 may be required to
recover from a fault condition that is shown in the status word.
- A power cycle of the NIM may be required if, the bit for condition 'D9' (internal failure) is set in the
mandatory module is missing.)
- Depending on the situation, some global errors may require a power cycle to restart the NIM or
- Bit error conditions 'D8' and 'D10' may or may not require a power cycle.
Note: If the error condition can be corrected without power cycling the NIM, the error bit will get reset.
