What causes Control Expert (formerly Unity Pro )error "ObjectStore internal error. VirtualAlloc failed to allocate any address - Not enough storage is available to process this command (8)"?
Issue
When opening different Control Expert Tools such as the Hardware Catalog Manager or Types Library Update tool they return an error.

Using the Regedit browser, access and modify the following parameter:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\wow6432node\SOFTWARE\Schneider Electric\COMMON\ObjectStoreParam then double click on AddressingSpaceSize
The default value is 0x28000000.
Modify this value to 0x18000000
