Environment:
Configuring the BCPME meter in Power Monitoring Expert software
Cause:
The user wants to know how to configure the BCPME in PME software
Resolution:
PME does not have a specific driver for BCPME. Therefore, the user will have to use the BCPM driver for BCPME.
- Add the site using the BCPME IP address.
- Create a device underneath that site as a "serial device on an Ethernet gateway" using the BCPM device type
- Enter unit ID 100 for Modbus TCP.
(NOTE: The BCPME is the same as the normal BCPM A, B, and C types with the exception that an ethernet gateway is embedded into the physical device and onboard logging (a 1-deep data recorder))
