Why does Schneider Electric not provide part number cross reference from competitor drives?

Issue:
Wants to cross a competitor drive product to Schneider Electric Altivar drives

Cause:
No parts found in the online cross reference tool.

Resolution:
Different drive manufacturers market and sell their drives differently.  Here at Schneider Electric, we match the drive to the application.  The old drive operation, controls, environment and requirements may have changed over time.

To ensure the customer has the best product, drives should be selected to match the application at the time they need a replacement.
