Cause
The PM810 does not support Energy Summary Usage or Energy Per Shift Usage calculations.

Although the Modbus register list shows the Float registers (11864 to 11958) as supported, these values are derived from MOD10 registers (16202 to 16346) that are not implemented on the PM810. As a result, the derived Float registers do not return valid data.

Resolution
Energy Summary Usage and Energy Per Shift Usage are not supported on the PM810.

When these Modbus registers are read on a PM810 meter, they will return a value of 0. This is expected behavior and cannot be corrected through configuration or firmware changes.

If Energy Summary Usage or Energy Per Shift Usage values are required, use one of the following meters that support this capability:

• PM820
• PM850
• PM870
