Name of Library and family are normaly imported with Type library update tool when the Unity Pro language used during the installation is the same
as the language used during the creation of library.
Otherwise library and family name have the default names. The names are recorded in the files : CMT_FAM.TXT and CMT_LIB_Library0.TXT in the language of creation of this library.
They can be copied in the other language directory to replace the files with the default names, to solve the problem.
This problem will be corrected in Unity Pro 13 and upper.
