Issue:
The ATV32 drive has a blank display and will not power up.

Cause:
Power board appears to be inoperative.

Resolution:
If the Display is blank there are some troubleshooting checks to do.
1)  Check to see if you have line voltage L1 L2 L3 on the input of the drive.
2)  Check the DC bus on PA to PC if it applies. DC bus voltage should be Line voltage times Square root of 2.
3)  Check the + 10vdc and +24vdc power supplies.
4)  Remove all control wires from the drive to make sure nothing is pulling down the DC voltage supplies.

If the drive is inoperative, you will need to replace the drive.
