Altivar process drives collect more data at the time of fault or warning. For deeper diagnostic it is possible to extract these data via Altivar web server. Attached video shows the procedure to extract error and warning history from web server. The data collection shows that ATV status and some variables are recorded not only at the time of the fault or warning, but also 5ms, 10ms, 15ms, 20ms, 25ms, 35ms, 40ms, 45ms and 50ms before the error or warning. The data collection is very useful in finding the root cause of the problem and sending the exported file to your schneider representative is highly appreciated.
