Issue:
On a Mageils HMI running Vijeo Designer or EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert, the date can only go as far as December 31, 2038.

Resolution:
Since Vijeo Designer and EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert Runtime are currently both 32-Bit applications, they both will be affected by the year 2038 problem. That is, the date and time that the HMI can hold can only be upto the year 2038.
