Program an ATV212 for use in an S-Flex.

Cause:
Replacement ATV212 installed into an S-Flex.

Resolution:
See the S-Flex manual to program the VFD in the section labeled Programming the Power Converter.
An excerpt of the current (10/2018) manual is attached.
After these initial settings are made, then program per application.
