What is the outgoing email address of a PM5500 meter?
Issue
The outgoing email address of the meter needs to be white-listed on the network in order to have security access to send emails.

Cause
The network firewall will not allow the meter's IP address access to the network to send emails, unless the email address is known and can be white-listed.
Resolution
The address that sends out the email is "DoNotReply@SchneiderElectric.com". However, simply white-listing the meter's IP address rather than the generic email address is preferred. With the current firmware version (V2.7.4), the PM5500 does not have a re-configurable email address.
