ION9000 - PTP time sync not work. Nothing happens after clicking the sync button in ION Setup
Environment:
ION9000 PTP time sync

Issue:
Time sync does not work. Nothing happens after clicking the sync button in ION Setup.

Cause:
In the PTP server, the Network Protocol setting needs to be IPv4. With this set to IEE 802.3, time sync does not work for the ION9000 meter.
PTP can work on layer 2 (Ethernet 802.3) or layer 4 (IPv4, IPV6). In ION9000 the implementation only supports layer 4.

Proposed Solution:
Change the PTP Network Protocol to IPv4.
There is no workaround as of now. If the customer wants this feature, this will be a feature request that needs to do through sales channels.
