How to create and monitor object groups in RemoteConnect

When using RemoteConnect it is desirable to monitor multiple objects in an online browser. An easy way to do this is to add the objects you want to monitor into groups in the individual objects. These single groups can be added to the object browsers for online monitoring and object manipulation...

• On the Configuration page, click the Objects tab.
• In the folder tree, click Object Configuration.
• Click Add Object
• Populate the Object Editor table with the proper information; for example Enter Name: Test1, Object Grouping: Tester, Logic Variable type: T_SPx70_UINT and click ok.

• Object Create another
• 
• Back to Object tab, select Object browser and then click add browser. Add browser name: Tester
• 
• Click apply button
• Write the program to the RTU.
• Go online and select objects tab and click Tester.
