PrismaSeT I offers a lifting kit which compromises of 4 parts- Cage nuts, Lifting hooks, Screws and Washers. The 4 lifting hooks shall be fastened at the four corners on the roof of the switchboard in the inward direction as in fig 1 and its locations shall be as per the dimension of the lifting section. see fig 2.

For Combination of cubicles lifting beam is mandatory. see fig 3 and location of fixation shall be as per Fig 4.

Important points to note while lifting a switchboard.
1) Incomer shall be lifted separately.
2) Maximum shipping section width shall be 1800mm for outgoing verticals.
3) The acute angle between the lifting chains and horizontal top of the switchgear must never be less than 45°.
4) For Single cubicle, lifting brackets shall be used up to 2500A rating only.
5) If there are more than 2 sections than support angles shall be used between two section to maintain alignment. see. fig 5
