Issue:
How to power cycle an InRow unit Generation 1?
Product Line:
InRow Family Gen1.
Environment:
ACRD1XX, ACRD2XX, ACSC1XX, ACRC1XX, ACRD5XX, ACRP1XX, ACRP5XX, etc.
Cause:
General aid for Customers.
Resolution:
- Please put the unit into StandBy mode (Figure 1), you might be required to input the password, use the default oneà apc (lower case).

- When the fans start ramping down, please unplug the dedicated power cord(s) to the unit (It can be top or bottom fed) [Figure 2] or put down the dedicated breaker(s) to the unit (If it’s hard-wired), or if it’s a 600mm InRow (Figure 3) and leave the unit without any power for at least 5 minutes.

- After the 5 min passes, restore the power to the unit, allow a couple of minutes, for the display to pop up, change the mode from StandBy to On (Figure 4), and test the proper operation of the unit.
