How to Activate SoMove License by PHONE

Resolution:
Select Activate, and when prompted for the activation method, choose:
“By Phone” → Next
On the Product Selection screen, SoMove v2.8 will appear.
Click Next, as the same activation ID works for SoMove v2.8 and later versions.
On the Register License screen, enter a valid email address, then click Next.
The software will display the Call Software Registration Center page.
Click Next again.
The Complete Activation screen will appear and show your Request Code.
Provide this code to Schneider Electric so the support team can generate a Response Code.
